We designed a clear, scalable interface for a CDI platform that translates complex data flows into intuitive user experiences. This included mapping multi-source integrations, defining user permissions and workflows, and creating dashboards that help users navigate unified customer profiles. Emphasis was placed on clarity, automation feedback, and flexibility to serve different teams, from marketing to data operations.
