What business problem was solved with this product?
Kyivstar needed to expand its ecosystem with a proprietary streaming service that would strengthen brand loyalty and create new activation opportunities in a competitive telecom market. The product helped turn passive subscribers into active platform users, while also serving as a complementary service for existing users.
We were tasked with designing a seamless and responsive interface that aligned with strict brand guidelines, while also building a functional web service with real-time data binding and server integration. Balancing time-to-market with high-quality UX and visual consistency was critical to a successful launch, and we achieved it, achiving quick service adoption (MAU) and a competitive, fast rollout.
