I led the project end-to-end, from early stakeholder alignment to launch. The UX process included industry-specific research, wireframes, wireflows, and a modular e-commerce structure tailored to complex technical products. I ensured UI consistency across the product, created clear content guidelines, and provided onboarding and documentation for the in-house content team to support long-term scalability. Additionally, I redefined the brand’s visual language, bringing clarity and modern appeal to its identity. The result: a significantly more contemporary digital presence and a major boost in sales.
