Designing a plug-and-play music experience for business spaces
What business problem was solved with this product?
The client needed a seamless way to deliver licensed music to cafes, restaurants, hotels, and other venues — helping business owners stay compliant with licensing laws while enhancing ambiance. The product had to simplify setup, selection, and playback across diverse business types without relying on external software or training.
I led the end-to-end UX and embedded Web-UI design for a compact hardware, collaborating closely with developers throughout the process. I created intuitive flows that enabled users to select music by venue type, genre, or tempo with minimal friction. My work included concept development, wireframing, prototyping, distributing UI components, and conducting hands-on design QA to ensure the product was simple, reliable, and ready for real-world use.

Full Access is a licensed music subscription service that provides curated audio streams for commercial venues such as cafes, restaurants, and hotels, delivered via a compact, plug-and-play device.
