Built to spark: A website that fueled Firebrands’ momentum
What business problem was solved with this product?
“We will set your brand on fire!” – this bold statement defines Firebrands, a leading subscription-based service in sensory marketing. Our task was to rebrand and relaunch the digital platform for their integrated offering: a triad of commercial scent diffusion (HVAC), licensed music curation, and in-store video broadcasting.
We embraced this fire-starter energy while developing a unified website for all of the company’s services, including brand radio stations, scent marketing, and video branding. Our goal was to drive conversions while giving the service a bold and memorable digital presence. Though each sub-service is distinct, we brought them together through a cohesive, attention-grabbing presentation and a recognizable, consistent brand identity.

Our task was to create a unique visual style that would unify the website and present each service in the most compelling way. Since the unconventional offerings required explanation and client engagement, we enriched the experience with dynamic visuals, video backgrounds, interactive elements, and demo sections. But it all started with branding, with crafting a bold, visually engaging identity that set the tone for everything to follow.
Approach
We began with deep immersion into the client’s vision, spending hours aligning on goals, exploring the national market, and analyzing comparable services worldwide. From there, we developed a visual language that extended beyond digital presence, shaping every touchpoint of the brand.
Once each service was clearly introduced, we designed and implemented a custom onboarding questionnaire that helped reduce the workload for consultants during the subscription process. We also ensured seamless data export into the proprietary CRM system, streamlining internal operations.
Impact
We delivered a website that seamlessly brought together all three services under one cohesive experience. We focused on presenting information in a concise and accessible way, surrounded by rich animations, video backgrounds, interactive elements, and demo sections.
Behind the bold visuals stood a robust back-end infrastructure, programmable questionnaires and CRM integration. The website also features a live chat and direct access to technical support.
The result: a highly recognizable platform with strong conversion rates and an impressive average session duration of over 4 minutes, reflecting deep user engagement.
